When will my package ship?
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. This does not include shipping time. We often ship next day whenever possible. If you need your order sooner, feel free to email us or you can upgrade shipping to Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships (check your email junk folder, your notification may be there)

How do I choose my size?
Please refer to size charts located in the images of each item before ordering. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We are happy to help with questions.
Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?
To receive a return or exchange on our apparel, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns & Exchanges are for domestic orders only. Items will only be accepted in original, new condition - Not washed or worn. Shipping charges are not refundable. Sale items are eligible for exchange only. See our policies for more information. All sales are final on Mugs and items in our Sale Section.
Is your apparel ethically made?
Yes, Savage Seeds is committed to carrying clothing and tote bags that have gone through the extensive application process to be WRAP Certified (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production). A majority of our apparel is manufactured here in the USA and all of our Organic Cotton is certified by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). All products are printed in-house by us with non-toxic inks. All packaging and Eco-mail bags are 100% recycled.
Do you offer Wholesale?
Yes, Savage Seeds is sold in over 400 boutiques and retail stores worldwide. If you are interested in carrying our brand, you can find our wholesale information here.
What are your Care Instructions?
Apparel: Our apparel will look it's best and last the longest when washed inside-out in cold water. Use a phosphate-free detergent. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
Banners: Spot clean & air dry only.
Ceramic Mugs: Microwave Safe. Top Shelf only Dishwasher Safe - We recommend hand-washing.
Can I make changes to my order?
We can make changes to orders if they have not been processed. Make sure that your email and shipping address is correct at checkout. If your order has been processed, we cannot make changes to it. Please contact us right away in order to make any changes to your order.
Are your prices in USD?
Yes, Prices are in USD. We are located in Portland, OR. USA and we ship worldwide.
